Bring your sport, usage schedule, plans and care requirements to the site review.
Which turf system fits our sport and training use?
It depends on the sport, how intense the use is, indoor or outdoor, and your schedule. A complete system means the base, any pad, the surface, infill and installation. We look at your use on site and review the product and performance documents for the proposed assembly with you before you choose.
Can you quote from our plans and specifications?
Send them to us with your request and we will review them at the site visit. Sports projects are priced on site for the actual scope, and any requirement in your specifications should be checked against the proposed system and documents in writing.
What is included in the installed price?
Our standard turf work includes drainage, base preparation, old-grass haul-away, a yard design concept and cooling infill. Sports-specific items such as pads, markings, site-specific work and any equipment or other trade responsibilities are reviewed and listed separately in the written scope. Cooling infill is not automatically the right component for a sports system, so we validate the proposed assembly with you.
Can installation be phased around our schedule?
Tell us your season, events and access windows, and we will discuss scheduling options at the site visit. Any phasing and timing is confirmed in writing for your project. We do not promise timing before the site is reviewed.
How will water drain from an outdoor field?
Drainage is part of our standard installation, not an extra. For a field, we assess slope, water flow, outlets and base conditions on site. We cannot prevent flooding, and we do not claim any field is usable in all weather.
Do we need padding for our field or gym?
It depends on the sport, the surface and the documents for the system. Do not assume padding is or is not needed. Review the proposed assembly's documentation, and ask what any pad is meant to do and what it is not meant to do. We make no injury-prevention or impact claims.
What performance testing and documentation should we review?
Ask for the product specifications, any test reports for the complete assembly (base, pad, surface and infill), installation and maintenance requirements, and warranty terms. Check that each report matches what is being proposed and the use you plan. We do not claim ratings or certifications that you have not been shown.
How much maintenance will our staff need to do?
Plan on routine brushing, clearing debris, cleaning, and checking seams and edges. The amount depends on the use, the infill and whether it is indoor or outdoor. Turf is not zero-care. We go over the care requirements for your assembly at handover.
What warranty applies to our intended use?
We provide a written warranty, and eligibility depends on the proposed complete assembly and how it will be used and maintained. Review the written terms for your intended sport and intensity before you sign. An industry-typical warranty length is not a TurfMastro promise.
Who handles repairs, changes and final acceptance?
Our own crew does the work, with no subs, and a team lead runs every job. We walk the finished project with you at handover. Settle in writing how repairs, change requests and acceptance are handled, and what other trades are responsible for.
