How we work
A usable yard, with straight answers
You are trusting us with the part of your home you walk on every day. We want you to know what you are getting before anyone breaks ground.
- We look at the yard first. We review the actual site before confirming the scope of a project.
- The groundwork is included on lawn packages.Drainage, standard base preparation, and removal and haul-away of the old grass.
- Estimates are free.On-site estimates are free anywhere in the Houston area.
- We say what turf does badly, too.Read our plain guides on heat, HOA rules and what our product documents do and do not show about PFAS.
What we install
Turf for the way you use your space
Each use has its own requirements
Play areas, pet areas and sports surfaces each depend on the full installed system. We review those requirements with you for your specific project rather than making blanket promises.
